Assistance to relocate Gaming Solutions employees back home

Gaming Solutions* had a flourishing software development center in Belarus for almost a decade until they decided to leave the market. The market exit was completed till the end of 2021. Almost all of the company´s employees relocated to destinations such as Poland, Georgia, and Armenia, apart from a few junior employees that decided to leave the company altogether.

After staying abroad for a few years, some of the relocated employees started to wish to return back to Belarus. This was discussed with company management, and they started to look for a suitable solution to accommodate the relocation back to Belarus. Gaming Solutions did not want to establish another legal entity in Belarus due to compliance issues, but they did not want to lose the employees either since they were committed and very experienced specialists.

The solution presented itself in the form of EOR services, and the company partnered with Talentheads to make it happen. We created a timetable for onboarding the employees according to their planned moving schedules. A couple of the employees moved to the regional cities in Belarus instead of the capital, which posed no problem as far as using our EOR service went.
